The 15-day countdown starts only after the signed work is activated. Wallet connection does not place a bid.

How this auction works
  • Bids are in imdUSD. A bid is your total price. If you already lead and bid again, you pay only the increase.
  • The highest bid when the 15-day window ends wins. There is no minimum increase and no reserve price: any higher bid counts, even by one unit.
  • There is no automatic time extension. A bid in the last seconds can win.
  • Bids cannot be cancelled. If you are outbid, your imdUSD stays in the auction contract until you withdraw it here. It is not sent back automatically.
  • When the window ends, anyone can settle: the winning bid goes to the auction’s reward treasury. The winner then claims the artwork NFT here. If nobody bids, the artwork returns to the owner.
  • Approvals request the exact amount of your bid, not unlimited access.
  • imdUSD is a new token. Check its Ethereum contract address before you approve anything: 0x61aAF8a992A3143e2B0C9cB0030b9fE702854a25.
COMMUNITY REWARDS

The NFT reward pool

Auction proceeds will fund IdentityMD NFT purchases for community rewards. Purchased NFTs will be held in the reward treasury for distribution in the next chapter. These funds and NFTs are reserved for community rewards, not personal use by the team. Treasury receipts, NFT purchases and reward transfers will be publicly traceable onchain. Distribution dates and participation rules will be announced before the next chapter begins.
